Zaaffran One Ocean

The flagship Zaaffran at Darling Harbour, established in 1998, has achieved tremendous success. The owners decided to shift gears in 2008 and acquired One Ocean Seafood Restaurant at Castle Towers, aimed at serving Modern Australian Cuisine, with an emphasis on seafood. The restaurant's name was changed to Zaaffran One Ocean. Besides seafood, the menu also includes Modern Australian delicacies in lamb, chicken, beef and vegetarian. Many dishes from the original Zaaffran Darling Harbour have also been added to the menu.
