For over 30 years, Melbourne’s Bortolotto family - Leo, Olimpia, Anna and Maria have created a succession of modern Italian restaurants where food, wine, service and atmosphere blend beautifully together. Bortolotto’s Café Menis, Fitzroy Street St Kilda epitomised the revolution sweeping Melbourne’s food and wine world in the late 80s and 90s.
