Tea entrepreneur, David Zhou originally from Shanghai, China, is the founder of the very successful “David’s” Restaurant and is also the managing director of “The Oriental Tea House” restaurants. Click here to view the Oriental Tea House website.
The business started with a small tea shop on Chapel Street in Prahran about 15 years ago that sold tea blends created by David Zhou. With the Australian public taking a keen interest in David’s unique blends, David decided the next logical step was to introduce traditional Shanghai cuisine and naturally, David’s was formed.
