SAVVY provides a new approach to drinking and dining, we offer an Izakaya (Japanese tapas) menu and unique bar menu as well as a sensational Teppanyaki menu for those guests who like flying fish and airborne eggs!
We enjoy providing our customers with an entertaining and comfortable social environment where quality food and beverage are matched and thrown into their own style of theatre to excite the senses through a “journey of taste”.
The word teppanyaki refers to the cooking of meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables, pancakes and other items on a large hotplate, much like an extremely hot BBQ plate. The chefs must cook quickly on such high heat which makes for a very entertaining show.
